Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cricexk platform — including the website at cricexk.net, any associated mobile interface, or any service delivered through those channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cricexk platform and should close this page immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and cricexk. They apply to all use of the platform including account registration, deposits, wagers, withdrawals, bonus redemption, and any interaction with cricexk customer support. Using the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

cricexk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The cricexk platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Age Verification

Account Registration & Verification

Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any winnings generated through an account registered with false information may be voided.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active cricexk account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cricexk reserves the right to merge balances, void bonus funds, and close the duplicate account without prior notice. The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cricexk account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. cricexk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Deposit Conditions

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your cricexk account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal Verification

cricexk reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Verification is a standard compliance requirement and is not an indication of wrongdoing. Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

Responsible Use of Funds

Deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without placing any wagers — commonly referred to as "churning" — is prohibited and may result in account closure. cricexk monitors account activity for patterns inconsistent with genuine gaming behaviour.

Bonuses & Promotions

cricexk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which are published alongside each offer at the time of launch. These general bonus terms apply to all cricexk promotions unless superseded by the specific terms of an individual offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total wagers of ৳20,000 before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Bonus Eligibility

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cricexk platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of wagering. These general rules apply across all cricexk products.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation from the cricexk system. cricexk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, bets placed during a technical error, or bets that exceed account-level or platform-level staking limits. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to your cricexk wallet.

Cricket Betting Markets

cricexk offers in-play and pre-match betting markets on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh national team fixtures. All cricket betting markets are governed by standard sporting rules — where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or decided by a method not originally scheduled (such as a Super Over), specific settlement rules as displayed in the market will apply. Casino Game Rules

Disconnections & Technical Issues

Prohibited Conduct

cricexk is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and compliant gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. cricexk will take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — where prohibited conduct is identified.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one cricexk account under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game or market.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome, or where you are involved in the event being wagered on.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds, or system errors. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for funds legitimately deposited and wagered on cricexk.
• Money laundering: Using the cricexk platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. cricexk cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, or harassing communications at cricexk support staff or other players.

Account Suspension & Closure

cricexk may suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account has been inactive for an extended period; (c) cricexk is required to do so for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons; or (d) cricexk reasonably believes the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their cricexk account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

As part of cricexk's responsible gaming commitment, players may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. These Terms & Conditions — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — survive account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cricexk's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim. cricexk is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are written in English and the English text is the authoritative version for all purposes. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the cricexk platform should be raised in the first instance with cricexk support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. cricexk will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
